Our engagement with your office for the leasing and management of our retail shopping centre dates back to September 2010. In addition to the longevity of their services to support our assets, we have been exceptionally satisfied with the teams ability to address any maintenance concerns, tenancy matters and communal savings where applicable. Most importantly, all matters are brought to my attention with a sense of urgency and thereafter followed-up to ensure adequate closure.

 Following previous upgrades to the centre, the team had managed to provide a quality tenancy base on our behalf, some of which are well known and successful key operators within the Penrith region (and in some instances beyond). Our Property Management relationship with the team extends for well over 12 years. They have managed our properties through think and thin providing guidance and good advice. Particularly during the sometimes challenging process of vacating tenants and finding new tenants.

Sam has been our point of for the commercial property we are leasing for our business. From the start Sam was punctual to meetings, and followed up on his word with any needed actions.
Sam constantly checks in with us to make sure not only the property is good but check how our personal business is tracking as well.

Any issues weve had at the property in regards to rain/flooding, Sam was able to make contact straight away, appoint a solution for the landlord and then would touch base with us to let us know how the solution was tracking.

Sam also isn’t just an over the phone agent, he’s met us on site to liaise about any given matter. I find the in person contact add to the relationship between client and agent, as well being more effective for the landlord due to the relationship formed.

Since staring our lease our experience with Mikaliha and the team has been great. Any questions or issues we have had throughout she has been able to assist us, organising trades we have needed for small maintenance issues and keeping us up to date with open communication.

Even if Mikaliha is out of the office someone is always happy to help or pass on the message for her to get back to us asap.
