Ava Tagudin

Ava joined the InFocus team in February 2024 as our Receptionist, bringing with her a strong background in hospitality and a natural ability to connect with people. As the first point of contact for our office, Ava quickly became a familiar and welcoming face to our clients.

In 2026, Ava progressed into the role of Sales & Leasing Administrator, building on the knowledge and experience she gained during her time on reception. Working closely with our Sales & Leasing team, Ava provides support across the day-to-day administration and coordination of sales and leasing campaigns, helping ensure each process runs smoothly from start to finish.

Alongside her Sales & Leasing responsibilities, Ava also manages our social media channels, helping showcase our properties, people and the work we do across Western Sydney. Her creativity, attention to detail and understanding of our brand have made this an important part of her role.

Ava's positive attitude, strong communication skills and eagerness to learn have seen her continue to grow within the business. Her progression from Reception into Sales & Leasing Administration is a reflection of her commitment to the team, and we look forward to seeing her continue to develop her skills and take on new opportunities.
