We have been tenants in a retail store that has been run by Infocus Commercial Real Estate for 9 years. In that time we have had the pleasure of dealing with 2 agents from Infocus with the current agent being Danielle Schrembri.

In that time when we have had any issues Danielle has been easily contactable and is happy to deal with them.

Our engagement with your office for the leasing and management of our retail shopping centre dates back to September 2010. In addition to the longevity of their services to support our assets, we have been exceptionally satisfied with the teams ability to address any maintenance concerns, tenancy matters and communal savings where applicable. Most importantly, all matters are brought to my attention with a sense of urgency and thereafter followed-up to ensure adequate closure.

 Following previous upgrades to the centre, the team had managed to provide a quality tenancy base on our behalf, some of which are well known and successful key operators within the Penrith region (and in some instances beyond).
