Testimonials

I would just like to thank you for the very supportive management of the rental property over the last 10+ years. You have made some tough situations much easier to cope with especially during the covid period. The team have been great to deal with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a rental for their business. Once again thank you Mikaliha and team.

The Property Management team have been an absolute pleasure to work with over the last 9 years. They are very skilled in commercial real estate, with very in-depth knowledge of the local Penrith area. The team have been very precise with their information, a professional business you can trust and realistic with their customers. Without doubt, I would them out immediately for any upcoming property management needs.

We have been with your office since 2014 and your service has been exceptional. All matters are handled promptly, tactfully and efficiently. Mikaliha has shown us that she cares for the properties that she manages, that’s the factor that is so important to us. The team has always been there to provide guidance and advice as to seeking new tenants or properties. It is my pleasure to recommend your office as agents and/or managers of properties.
